Lush Halloween 2016: Pumpkin Bath Ballistic Review

Hey!

I haven't done a Lush review for a long while so I thought that I would come back with something seasonal and do a review of the Pumpkin Bath Ballistic from Lush.

Orange Jack-O-Lantern designed Pumpkin Bath Ballistic,

Pumpkin bath ballistic is Pumpkin Pie in bath form with a ingredients including Vanilla Absolute and Cinnamon which evoke the scent of cosy baked goods such like Pumpkin Pie, Cookies and other tasty treats. This bath bomb is the one to use for when you want something comforting and is shaped like a cute Jack-O-Lantern! Priced at £3.95

This particular product is quite a fast fizzer when dropped into the water. The scent wafts into the air quite strong and the bath water slowly turns a golden/orange colour which makes the bath water look like a piece of pumpkin pie which is great. I think that this ballistic works well for the Halloween season in the UK but also for Thanksgiving within America.

The scent is a mixture of Vanilla, Cinnamon, Allspice and Lemon which is reminiscent of Pumpkin Pie but is also a scent that I can't put my finger on at the same time. The best way is put it is that it is a mix of Dragons Egg and Yog Nog/Sea Salted Caramel Soap so you get a balanced mix of bright zingy citrus and comforting sweetness. I loved this mixture but I do think that the Lemon needed to be a little less full on as it was citrus then comforting or maybe add some Pumpkin in somehow.

I love the whole concept of the bath ballistic and I loved how it was designed as a Jack-O-Lantern which might entice young ones into using Lush or for people to get more of their Pumpkin fix! I would give this an 8.5/10 just due to the Lemon overplaying the scent. Click Pumpkin Bath Ballistic to purchase this product!

Have you tried this bath ballistic or any of the Lush Halloween 2016 range? Let me know down below!

I hope that you have enjoyed this little Lush review and I hope to see you next time for another blog post!

Thanks!
Jamie x
