Glowing Greater Than The Gods | Revolution Beauty Liquid Highlighter & x Soph Highlighter Look & Review

Hey everyone!

Welcome to a brand new blog post! I thought that, today I would talk to you all about some Highlighters that I have been trying out lately. If makeup isn't your thing, then check out some of my other posts. If you love makeup then carry on reading.

Revolution are a well known high street beauty and makeup brand, Revolution are well known for creating amazing products at very affordable price tags. Revolution are also known for their ranges that are in collaboration with influences and their top notch highlighter ranges, As I've only heard god things about their highlighter ranges, I thought that it was time to try a couple of them.

Me with short dark brown hair wearing round green and black glasses wearing a blue t-shirt with a picture go a white and blue dog on it with red dungarees over the top with a shine all over my fave to represent the highlight on a bright background

This is my first proper makeup review so please don't judge me if it isn't the most informative.

Revolution Liquid Highlighter in Starlight

As I have been watching a fair few drag makeup tutorial videos, that start off with putting down a liquid/cream layer of makeup before putting on a powder version on top, I thought that it would be good to get a liquid highlighter and a powder highlighter to ensure that I got the most shine possible. I wanted to be glowing greater than the gods.

I walked into my local Superdrug, and scoured the store for the highlighter section on the Revolution stand. When I had found it, a problem arised, I had no idea what shade I was, so I decided to swatch a couple of the testers on my hand to see which one matched the best. After deciding that Starlight was the one that matched my nearly as pale as a vampire's skin, another problem happened. A lot of the ones in my shade were already somewhat open. After a fair few moments, I found a unopened Starlight. I grabbed it like it was the ring from Lord Of The Rings and made my way to the till very quickly. (My precious...)

The product comes in a sort of metallic finished bottle with a pipette to get the product out. I love the packaging alone, because well I love anything with a metallic finish. It's also sleek and compact therefore its easy to fit into any makeup bag. It took me a few times to properly master the getting as much as I want from a pipette technique, but once I did I loved what came out.

The colour is a sort of white to silver sheen with a touch of pink to it which I love. As I said, my face is pretty much near to the same colour as a pale vampire, so having a bit of a pink undertone in my highlighter means that it will warm my face a touch and just make the silver pop that little bit extra. I love this colour too because even before applying it, I could tell that it was going to make me shine bright than well the Sun during a British Heatwave weekend.

The highlighter blends onto the skin beautifully. It has a creamy texture and could be used mixed into a foundation to give it a more glow look. I loved the shine from this alone and it lasted for a good couple of hours. The best way that I found to use it was to blend it with a wet beauty sponge as a brush wasn't doing much.

This highlighter was £6 when I purchased it which is a great price for any high street highlighter.

Soph x Highlighter Palette

I got this a while ago, after Michelle used it on me before going on one of our epic nights out. These always start with catching up and end up with us both having no voices from singing. This palette contains 8 different highlighter shades to suit most shades of skin. I only use the first four due to my skin being very pale. (Read the Liquid Highlighter to find out how pale my skin is...) I mainly use a mic of all four or the top two in the left corner. (I have zero idea on the shade names.) This creates a very shiny powder highlight that can be built up for more intensity. I used the top two on top of the liquid highlighter for more shine, and, because well, there was a heatwave when I was using them so I needed to ensure that the liquid highlighter didn't end up melting down my face.

There was a bit of fall out with this one, but most powder highlighters have a tiny bit of fall out. I used this all over the body and the face, but this could be used wherever you want, I think that its an amazing palette and if you mix some of the shades together, it can create a unique shade for yourself.

This palette was £10 which is an amazing price for 8 highlighters. It is more than worth the money and there is a good amount of product in each pan.

Final Thoughts

I would give the Revolution Liquid Highlighter a 9/10. The only fall down was getting the amount that I wanted out of the pipette and I would give the Soph X Highlighter Palette a 9/10. My own critique would be about the slight fall out but that's expected with all powder products.

My Top Ten Favourite Lush 30th Anniversary Bath Bombs Before Some Of Them Go From Stores

Hey everyone!

Welcome to a brand new blog post! I thought that today, I would talk to you all about some of my favourite Bath Bombs, from the Lush 30th Anniversary Range. A fair few of them are slowly leaving stores, so before they go, I thought I would tell you which ones I love. (Most are staying via Lush Liverpool Spa and the website so if you like the sound of any, you can always get them that way.)

Black Rose

This one will be staying in stores, and there's a very good reason as to why! First of all, this bomb shares its scent with the Rose Jam family, which is already amazing in my opinion. Second of all, this product is not only a bath bomb, but also contains a Bath Melt. This means that you get the enjoyment of the fizz and the bubbling, and the creaminess from the Bath Melt at the same time. Another thing about this product that I love, is that the melt is coated in glitter, and well, who doesn't love some glittery goodness? The bomb is a bit on the expensive side, but you are getting two products in one, and it is quite big so you could chop it in half if you wanted to.

A spherical black and purple bath bomb with petals carved into it with a circular middle with gold glitter on a bright background

Turmeric Latte

This one is thankfully also staying. This is one of my most favourite bath products ever. (If you haven't checked out my pot about the Turmeric Latte Gel then click here.) This is spicy, sweet, smoky and just all round spectacular. It does pack a good amount of glitter. Saying that, it is also one of the creamiest and most conditioning products that I have ever tried. I can't use enough words to explain my love for this scent.

A spherical gold bath bomb with intricate squiggles engraved into tt with gold glitter on a bright background

Kappa

It's a shame this one will be going from stores! This has been one of my all time favourite fresh bath bombs, along with Intergalactic. It's fresh and watery with a bit of a citrusy tang. It contains Cucumber and is based of a Japanese Demon, which I kind of love. I could see this returning at some point in some form. Maybe a Shower Jelly? Who knows?

A blue spherical bath bomb with two white circles and two black dots on a bright background

The Comforter

If you have read my blog for a while, then you will know that I have a very strong relationship with The Comforter scent. Creamy and fruity at the same time. I absolutely adore it! (I'm still salty that The Comforter Shower Cream still isn't a product, but hey ho.) Carrying on, when I heard that a The Comforter Bomb was coming out, I was ecstatic. This bomb is slightly creamy and nourishing with a Blackcurrant burst. I have to admit, that it is a bit more creamy than the renowned Bubble Bar, but I still think that it is an amazing product!

A spherical white and purple-pink Nath bomb with circles all over it on a white background

Yog Nog

If you haven't guessed, I love my sweet scents every once in a while. It's probably quite obvious from this post alone. Yog Nog is one of my all time favourite scents. Like Turmeric Latte, its sweet, slightly spicy and creamy, but Yog Nog has a distinctive sort of Burnt Toffee scent to it which makes it irresistible. (Nearlty irresistible enough to eat it, thankfully I've resisted the urge a fair few times.) This one is sweet but has a bit of a bitter note from Clove and Cocoa Powder, which makes it the best bomb for when you want to shut yourself away from everything and just soak for a bit.

A gold white and orange bath bomb on a bright background

Star Spell

I always love to wish upon a star. Sadly this is another bomb that will be leaving stores soon. I love this bomb, because it smells of the Carrot/Snowman scent. (The Carrot/Snowman scent always makes me remember the Carrot Soap that had a white bunny engraved on each slice, do any of you remember that product?) It's citrusy but with a sort of deep scent to it. I also love Star Spell because, well, you get two bath bombs that creates a surprise in the bath when you push the two halves together. It also has so much Popping Candy in it, that, crackles for a very very long time.

Kitsune

Foxes are always adorable! I love this product because not only does it have such an intricate design on it to represent a fox in Japanese culture (I only know Kitsune from Anime programmes that I've watched, oops), it also has such an amazing smell. This product fizzes a bit and foams a bit which is amazing, but, it also has a bright yet slightly peppery Lemon scent which just makes you feel that little bit happier. If you haven't tried this one, then I urge you to.

Groovy Kind Of Love

Everything groovy, baby! This is one of the prettiest Bath Bombs that I have used in a long time. It's colourful and just emits happy vibes into the atmosphere as soon as you drop it into the water. This bomb also has a sort of Bubblegum scent to it which weirdly uplifts you when you use it. I say weirdly, because well Bubblegum is normally sickly and sweet whereas this version of Bubblegum has a sort of fresh note to it. If you're wondering if its like Snow Fairy, then trust me when I tell you that it is nothing like Snow Fairy. It's also in Shower Gel form on the website. I was tempted to get this when I got the Turmeric Latte one, but I limited myself to one and well, I was just that little bit more interested in seeing what Turmeric Latte would be like in a shower gel form.

A ridged oval bath bomb coloured with red, yellow, blue and purple on a bright background

Marshmallow World

I wish I could have a Marshmallow as a cushion to sleep on! It does contain natural Marshmallow Root Powder which makes it Vegan. This also contains Granulated Sugar which gives your skin a slight bit of a scrub in the tub. This World smells just like American Cream, which is slightly creamy and powdery. it honestly reminds me of a mix between Strawberry Milkshake and Parma Violets. This bomb is also super nourishing and is one of those slightly slow fizzes. This means that you can relax and soak whilst you slowly watch the bomb fizz foam and dissolve, compared to those that fizz and dissolve very quickly, I love anything American Cream/Big scented.

A white and pink spherical bath bomb with a light pink strip in the middle of it on w bright background

Karma Yantra

Karma, Karma, Chameleon! You come and go! Sadly, it's going from stores. I love anything Karma scented. I love the sweet scent of Orange mixed with spicy Patchouli. I can only really enjoy it when I'm in the right mood but when I am, oh my god, give me all of the Karma! The design on this bomb is so pretty and instantly gives me sort go Zelda vibes for some reason? I love how this one foams up. This bomb also gets stronger throughout the duration of the bath.

There you have it, my top ten favourite Lush Harajuku/30th Anniversary Range. Have you tried any if the products mentioned? Let me know!

Lets Dunk It Into A Fiery Pit | Spicy Chicken McNuggets Sharebox

Hey everyone!

Welcome to a brand new blog post! McDonalds released Spicy Chicken McNuggets a couple of weeks ago, and, I thought that today I would talk to you all about them. (Who doesn't love a good McNugget?)

McDonalds have brought out an 'Old Classics' promotional range out to their UK stores for a limited time. The concept of this range, is to bring back, old classics that customers have loved in the past/have demanded for them to come back to the UK menu in some way shape or form. The range asp includes, a Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese, Cheese Bites, and, Twix and Mars McFlurry's.

A rectangular yellow box with 20 in dark red font with Spicy Chicken McNuggets Sharebox in white font on a white rectangular table on a bright background

The Spicy Chicken McNuggets come in a choice of either, 6,9, or 20. I decided to get a 20 Spicy Chicken McNugget Sharebox, because, well I needed to try a fair few for.... 'blog purposes'. The McNuggets come with their own special dip, which I will talk about later within the post.

The McNuggets

The McNuggets come in a sort of fluorescent Red coating, which instantly baffled me. I wondered why they were so Red. I got why, to show that they had Spice compared to the normal McNuggets but I thought that it was, well weird, to be so Red that even Tomatoes aren't that Red. The Coating itself was actually quite crisp, with a light sort of batter feel to it, which was definitely a nice contrast against the Chicken itself. The Chicken was super succulent. You could tell that it was proper Chicken. it felt like the Chicken had been marinated in Buttermilk or something similar.

The Spice is a slightly interesting one for me. These have a more warming than anything Spice to them. It's obvious that there's some Paprika in them. I think that the Spice level in the McNuggets alone would be fabulous on a cold evening. I do think that when eating these one after another, the warmth does build up which I still quite like. It's more the sauce and the nugget combined which makes it ultra spicy and tangy.

Dip

The Dip is where the Spice really kicks in. The first note that I got from the dip was Vinegar. That sort of lip suckering tang which made your mind go, 'this might not end well.' It's a Spicy Tomato Dip. The Tomato is definitely there but once the Tomato has melted away from your taste buds, the inferno kicks in and your tongue is enduring a tangy fiery kick that came from nowhere. I like the Dip, but my main problem with it is that you can't choose any other. This becomes a bit of a problem when you get four tubs of it. I think that maybe a creamy one, like the Sour Cream and Onion one from the Selects would be fabulous, or, maybe something a bit more fruity would be amazing with these too.

Would I Get Them Again?

I think that I would definitely get them again. They're slightly different but amazing. Would I stop getting normal nuggets for these? Maybe, I'm not sure. If there was a choice for different dips, like the normal McNuggets, then probably yes. I think that these have a time and a place and I think that these are great. Honestly, I wish that both had the sort of succulent Chicken interior, as the normal ones are always a tad dry. I think that these would be great for things such as night ins/parties, as you can all try them and tell each other your opinion of the McNuggets and Dip, especially if you love a good McNugget like myself.

Have you tried the new McNuggets? Let me know down below!

Shoving My Face Into All Of That Cake | Cake'ole Bradford

Hey everyone!

Welcome to a brand new post! I tried out Cake'ole in Bradford a while ago, and I thought that today, I would talk to you all about my experience there.

Cake'ole are an LGBT+ establishment that offers different cakes and treats on a daily basis to keep their minds and customers on their toes. They also offer a range of drinks, milkshakes and even an afternoon tea. Cake'ole is located in Centenary Square, in Bradford, which is known for many attractions including the Mirror Pool and City Hall

A triangular piece of light blue cake with blue icing with a hemispherical scoop of white ice cream with brown chocolate shards on a blue plate on a rectangular light brown table on a bright background

We walked into the excellent establishment, took a look round, and, decided to choose a table to sit down at. The building itself has a slightly cosy and relaxed aesthetic to it with chairs and large tables dotted around. We looked at the menu for a couple of minutes and chatted about the drinks that we wanted. When myself and Luke had decided on what drinks we wante, I got up and checked out the cakes of the day and then ordered.

Luke had decided to get a Black Forest Twisted Shake, whereas I decided to choose a Salted Caramel Twisted Shake. If you follow me on any form of social media, then, you will know that I have a little bit of an obsession to Salted Caramel. These Shakes came in sort of glass mason jars and were filled to the brim! My Shake came with Whipped Cream, a salted rim, and caramel sauce. (I love a good coarse salted rim!) The drink was creamy and had an authentic caramel taste to it. By this, I mean that it actually tasted of Caramel and not the sort of artificial Caramel that sometimes Caramel based drinks taste of. The rim cut through all of the sweetness of the shake, the caramel sauce and the cream which made the drink morish instead of sickly. I love a good salty sweet moment! There was even more salt at the bottom of the drink which meant that you weren't left feeling sick at the end of the drink. Honestly, I would go back just for this drink along as the contrast of smooth, crunchy, salty and sweet was amazing! Luke loves his drink. He loved the contrast between the sweet cream and the slight fruitiness from the Black Forest Shake. He also loved the slight decoration of Black Forest Cake pieces that were on the top of the Shake as this added to the contrast of textures.

We then got two slices of cake to enjoy. The first one that we got was Mocha. A chocolate sponge with Coffee Buttercream. This one was nice, but I didn't get much of a Mocha flavour from it. I loved the contrast of the fluffy sponge against the rich smooth buttercream though. We also decided to get a slice of Blue Raspberry. What made it Blue, you ask? Well the colour of the cake, of course! The cake was super moist, the icing was slightly sweet but the raspberry flavour was still there. Again, this cake had an authentic Raspberry flavour to it. I loved the contrast between the slightly sweet flavour of the icing against the sharpness of the Raspberries. I would definitely come here again!

We finished our drinks and cake, chatted for a bit and decided to do a little bit more shopping around Bradford before going home.

Scolding My Body In Turmeric Goodness | Lush Turmeric Latte Shower Gel

Hey everyone!

Welcome to a brand new blog post! I decided to get one of the Lush Community Favourite Shower Gels when they came out on the website a while ago, and I thought that I would tell you my thoughts on the product.

Lush released a range of Community Favourite Shower Gels a while ago, including, Intergalactic, Guardians Of The Forest, Sex Bomb, Goddess, Groovy Kind Of Love, and, Turmeric Latte. I have been loving the scent of the Turmeric Latte Bath Bomb since it was released for the anniversary of the Bath bomb and I knew that I had to pick it up the moment that I saw it on the website.

A long cylindrical bottle filled with dark golden liquid with a black cylindrical lid and black rectangular label with turmeric latte in bold white font with Lush in white smaller chunky font at the bottom on a bright background

List Of Ingredients:

Coconut And Turmeric Infusion, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerine, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Lauryl Betaine, Perfume, Organic Agave Syrup, Tonka Absolute, Benzoin Resinoid, Vanilla Absolute, Cocoa Powder, Carrageenan Extract, Xanthan Gum, Titanium Dioxide, Coumarin, Eugenol, Colour 19140:1.

Texture:

The texture of the product is quite creamy due to ingredients such as the Coconut Milk. This ingredient also helps to ensure that skin stays soft. The gel is just a little bit thinner than a Shower Cream from Lush. I would say that this is a thick sort of shower gel. I tried to move this via tilting my hand when first testing it out, and, it slowly moved after a minute. I loved it for this reason alone, as, I'm not the biggest fan of watery gels that instantly go everywhere as soon as you squeeze it out of the bottle, as it can ruin the shower experience a bit.

Scent:

The scent of Turmeric Latte is an interesting one. When I say interesting, what I really mean, is that it has layers of scent which sounds even more ominous than 'interesting', I know. It is the truth though. First of all, you get the spicy warmth from Turmeric and Resinoid and then after a while, the sweetness comes through, via the Tonka and Coconut. The Shower Gel is the same but as there is Cocoa Powder, you get more of a roundness from the spicy sort of notes. I hate saying roundness but again it's truth. it makes everything that little bit more pronounced. If you have ever smelt Spicebomb from Viktor and Rolf, then imagine that with a tad more sweetness pumped into a Shower Gel. I have worn this on both Hot and Cold days and this scent is fabulous for both. Trust me, I know, I wore it during a heatwave... Personally, I prefer this on a colder day just because I think you can detect the spicier notes more on those cold days.

How It Performed When Using It:

When applying the product, you don't expect it to lather up that much, as sometimes, creamier products don't. Saying that, this lathered up quite a bit. I only needed one good squeeze to cover my entire body twice. The scent lingered for a good hour or so before the creaminess decided to become more of the prominent note. It kept my body moisturised for hours, to the point that I felt that I didn't;t need to put a moisturiser on top which was a first!

Cost:

£15 for 250g. This is a lot for a shower gel, but if one squirt covers a slightly chubby person like me twice, then you know that a little goes a long way, so one bottle will last you ages. If you don't want to spend that much then I urge you to buy the Turmeric Latte Bath Bomb.

Overall, I would definitely give this a 9.5/10. My only downfall is the price, but at the end of the day, it is a massive bottle that will last you for a long long time!

Check out Lush.

I hope that you have enjoyed this post. What's your favourite Lush Shower Gel? Let me know down below!

Meow! I've Got Cattitude! | Kitty Café Leeds

Hey everyone!

Welcome to a brand new blog post! I went to Kitty Cafe Leeds a while ago, and I thought that today, I would tell you if the experience was purr-fect or not. (That was a bad pun, I know. Ah well.)

A zoom in picture of a white cat showing a grumpy expression on their face on a light brown square cushion on a bright background

'Following on from the success of our original Nottingham Café, we’re delighted to come to Leeds to share the Kitty love! We’ve converted a beautiful old building in town into a paradise of comfy chairs, fabulous food and of course, dozens of beautiful cats.' - Kitty Cafe Leeds' Website.

Myself and my friend Alex, decided to check out Kitty Cafe Leeds, as they had an offer where you could book two hours, for one. I love a deal so it made sense to check out the wonderful Cafe then.

Before entering the cat cafe itself, we were asked to read a set of rules and sign in. The rules consisted of things including, not picking up the cars and not disturbing them if they were sleeping, which is more than understandable. The sign up was to mainly check how many people were in the cafe, I believe? We signed in and was escorted to a little table with two comfy chairs, surrounded by a water feature, scratching posts and ledges for the cats to rest on.

A square room with bright rectangular windows with dark chairs and light brown poles and water features on a bright background

We sat down and perused the menu for a couple of minutes. After not being able to decide for a couple of minutes, I decided to go for a Coke and a slice of Black Forest Gateaux. (Side note: I love Black Forest anything, especially the Black Forest Hot Chocolate that is normally on Costa's Festive Menu.) Alex decided to get a pot of Lychee Jasmine Tea and a Banoffee Cheesecake. I loved the Black Forest Cake. Quite chocolatey, with a hint of Cherry. I love a tiny bit more Cherry in my Black Forest but I loved it as it meant that the fruit enhanced the sweetness of the Chocolate. I enjoyed a bit of the Banoffee Cheesecake too. I love anything Banoffee. I know Banana is a love or hate thing, in both texture and taste, but I like it. I love Cheesecake! Honestly, give me Cheesecake any day of the week! My only critique with it, is that I wish it had more Banana in it, but that's just a personal thing.

A triangular shaped light brown cheesecake with a white cheese layer topped with pale yellow bananas and golden caramel sauce on a square white plate on a bright background

We played with a fair few Kitties. There was a bright white Persian Cat (I think it was a Persian Cat) that was and is an eternal mood. Not just from their facial expressions, but from the fact that all they wanted to do was to be lazy in bed. Don't we all just want to do that with our lives for, well, eternity? When they did escape the bed/cushion, it was for a quick wander before getting back to where they were before.

A zoom in picture of a white cat showing a grumpy expression on their face on a light brown square cushion on a bright background

Another cat that kept coming back for strokes and attention, was, a sort of white with orange and brown patches cat. They would come straight over and then go back to hiding which was adorable.

The final kitty. that may have stolen my heart just a little bit was Pud. Pud is my spirit kitty through and through. Everyone needs a Pud in their life, or at least to go to Kitty Cafe Leeds to meet Pud. Pud was the majestic beast that had their own bridge. By this I mean that they were sprawled against the bridge and wouldn't move from it, but if your dream is to be the most majestic being in the world, then isn't Pud showing you that it's possible? I could spend all year with Pud.

I spent some more time with the kitties, chatted with Alex about a plethora of things, got some pictures of the cats and myself playing with the cats and then decided that it was time to go. Well by decided, I mean the cafe was closing so we had to go before I was dragged out for wanting to spend more time with the kitties...

Getting Out Of The Pan & Into The Street | Wok To Walk Leeds

Hey everyone!

Welcome to a brand new post! I got invited to try out the wonderful Wok To Walk a while ago, and I thought that, I would talk to you all about my experience there today.

Wok to Walk started in 2004 in Amsterdam after a trip around Asia. We opened a tiny restaurant ’cause we wanted to have fun at work and cook the kind of food we’d like to eat in our hectic everyday: quick, fresh and yummy! But things kinda got big and now there are almost 100 around the world. Our commitment and passion haven’t changed a bit since day 1: we stay true to our origins by offering delicious custom recipes and a great show!

A red square cardboard take out box with wok to walk in white font filled with bright golden noodles,,vegetables and meat next to a black rectangular piece of paper on a rectangular white table on a bright background

We ventured into Leeds, and when myself and Luke finally got to Leeds, we headed straight to Wok To Walk. It was also the day after my birthday, so I was little bit tired from celebrating the day before. We instantly met with the wonderful manager of Wok To Walk, and, chatted about the background and ethos of the brand for a couple of minutes. We learnt about how the brand came about and how Wok To Walk works.

A black leather booth with a rectangular light reddish-brown table behind some black decor on a white wall on a bright background

The first step to creating an amazing meal at Wok To Walk is, choosing your base. You can choose between noodles, cereals or a vegetable mix. The noodles come with vegetables and scrambled egg. You can choose between, egg, whole-wheat, rice, and, udon noodles, You can also choose, jasmine rice, whole-grain rice, or, a vegetable mix.

A bright light brown wooden rectangular table top with metal rectangular borders with a person standing behind it on a white wall with a bright background

The next step is, to choose your favourites. These make up the bulk of the meal. Wok To Walk suggest up to four favourites, otherwise the meal would overflow. I think that four are plenty enough as the meal that I had definitely filled me up. You can choose from an array of proteins, and, vegetables. From, Chicken Katsu, and, Pork, all the way to Peppers, and, Corn.

Four rectangular metal trays next to each other in a square shape full of different coloured salad items with black large spoons on a bright background

After this, you get to choose which sauce you get with your dish. From all the way, from Teriyaki to Garlic and Black Bean, and many in between.

Finally, you get to choose your toppings. You can choose toppings, such as, Fried Onions, Fried Garlic and Coriander. These are there to add a final flourish to your meal and to make it look that little bit more Insta ready.

I decided to go for a mixture of Udon Noodles, Tofu, Prawns, Red Peppers, Baby Corn, Garlic and Black Pepper sauce, and Coriander. I've been on a kick of introducing Udon and Tofu more into my diet due to being a flexi-tarian, so I instantly loved it. The Tofu soaked up some of the Garlic sauce which was amazing. I love anything with Coriander in as it gives anything a slightly herbal but peppery taste. The Garlic came through in bursts which meant that, with every other bite, you got a sudden surprise. The texture contrast of the slightly fleshy Prawns against the more creamy Tofu was gorgeous The Udon noodles had a bit of a bite but clinged onto the sauce beautifully.

A red square cardboard take out box with wok to walk in white font filled with bright golden noodles,,vegetables and meat next to a black rectangular piece of paper on a rectangular white table on a bright background

I also decided to try some of the Wok To Walk's Home Brewed Lemonade. It was delicious. The weather on the day of trying out Wok To Walk was glorious and slightly warm, therefore, this Lemonade was a treat to drink. Slightly sweet with a refreshing tang. Oh, I could drink it over and over again. It also had a bit of Mint steeped in the cup which gave it even more of a cooling sensation in the mouth. It also brought out some more of the sharpness within the Lemonade. Honestly, I would go back just for the drink alone.

I would like to thank the PR who invited us, and, the staff for looking after us at Wok To Walk.
